Terms & Conditions
By registering for Hayakum Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1. Hayakum Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or above.
1.2. Membership is personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, sold, assigned or shared with another person.
1.3. Each individual may maintain only one Hayakum Membership account.
1.4. Membership is subject to approval and acceptance by Al Khoory Hotels. Al Khoory Hotels reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activity.
2. Membership Registration
2.1. Membership registration is free of charge unless otherwise specified by Al Khoory Hotels.
2.2. To register, members are required to provide accurate and complete information, which may include their full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, nationality and other information required to manage the membership.
2.3. Members are responsible for ensuring that their personal information remains accurate and up to date.
2.4. The member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activity carried out through their membership account.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1. Hayakum members may receive exclusive rates, offers, discounts, privileges and other benefits at participating Al Khoory Hotels.
3.2. Benefits may include, but are not limited to:
Exclusive Hayakum member rates
Special accommodation offers
Guaranteed 24-hour check-in and check-out, where applicable
Kids Stay / Kids-related benefits, where applicable
Food & Beverage privileges
Room upgrade benefits, subject to availability and applicable conditions
Special promotional offers
Long-stay and other members-only offers
3.3. Specific benefits, eligibility requirements, validity periods and restrictions may vary by hotel, offer, room type, booking channel and promotional period.
3.4. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Hayakum benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers.
4. Member Rates and Reservations
4.1. Hayakum member rates are available only to registered members and are subject to availability.
4.2. Members may be required to provide their Hayakum membership details at the time of booking or check-in to receive applicable member benefits.
4.3. A valid government-issued identification document may be required at check-in to verify the member's identity.
4.4. Member rates and benefits are intended for the registered member's own stays and may not be resold or transferred.
4.5. Reservations remain subject to the cancellation, no-show, payment and other applicable policies of the participating hotel and rate booked.
5. Promotional Offers
5.1. From time to time, Al Khoory Hotels may provide Hayakum members with exclusive promotional offers.
5.2. Each promotion may have separate Terms & Conditions specifying its validity period, participating hotels, eligible room types, minimum stay requirements, blackout dates, booking channels and other restrictions.
5.3. Where the terms of a specific promotion differ from these general Membership Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
6. Personal Information and Communications
6.1. By registering for Hayakum, members consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purposes of creating and managing their membership, processing reservations, providing membership benefits and administering the Hayakum program.
6.2. Member information may also be used to communicate important information relating to the membership, reservations, hotel services and applicable benefits.
6.3. Where required by applicable law, members may separately choose whether to receive marketing and promotional communications.
6.4. Members may update their personal information or request to stop receiving promotional communications in accordance with the applicable privacy and communication procedures.
7. Membership Misuse
7.1. Al Khoory Hotels reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership where it reasonably believes that the member has:
Provided false or misleading information;
Used the membership for fraudulent purposes;
Attempted to obtain benefits through unauthorized or abusive means;
Sold, transferred or misused membership benefits;
Violated these Terms & Conditions; or
Engaged in conduct that may adversely affect the Hayakum program, its participating hotels or other members.
7.2. Where membership is suspended or terminated, Al Khoory Hotels may cancel or withdraw benefits associated with the membership.
8. Changes to Hayakum
8.1. Al Khoory Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Hayakum Membership, its benefits, participating hotels, offers or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
8.2. Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated to members through the Hayakum website, email or other appropriate communication channels.
8.3. Continued use of the Hayakum Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
9. Membership Termination
9.1. Members may request cancellation of their Hayakum Membership at any time by contacting Al Khoory Hotels through the designated membership contact channel.
9.2. Al Khoory Hotels may terminate or suspend membership in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or where required by applicable law.
9.3. Upon termination, any unused membership benefits or promotional entitlements may be cancelled, unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer terms.
10. General Conditions
10.1. All Hayakum benefits are subject to availability and the specific conditions applicable to each benefit or offer.
10.2. Hotel-specific facilities, services and benefits may be subject to operational restrictions, blackout dates, minimum-stay requirements or other conditions.
10.3. Hayakum Membership does not guarantee room availability, upgrades or any specific hotel service unless expressly stated in the applicable offer or membership benefit.
10.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
10.5. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
10.6. Hayakum Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration. Upon expiry, the membership may be renewed in accordance with the applicable Hayakum Membership Terms & Conditions and renewal requirements.
11. Acceptance
By selecting "Join Hayakum", "Register", or an equivalent registration button, the applicant confirms that:
They have read and understood these Hayakum Membership Terms & Conditions;
The information provided during registration is accurate and complete;
They agree to these Terms & Conditions; and
They understand that specific offers and benefits may have additional Terms & Conditions.

10.5. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
10.6. Hayakum Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration. Upon expiry, the membership may be renewed in accordance with the applicable Hayakum Membership Terms & Conditions and renewal requirements.
